Delete it yourself, in the app

Open Habteab Academy Plus.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and its data are removed immediately.

Ask us to delete it

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot reach that screen, email habteabacademy@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, or tell us the name you used, and ask us to delete your account. We complete these requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and its identifier
Your name, email address and profile picture, if you signed in with Google or Apple
Your lesson progress, exam and game scores, XP, streaks, hearts and saved words

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no way to restore progress afterwards.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Anonymous, aggregated usage counts that can no longer be linked to you may remain in our analytics, and ordinary server logs are kept for up to 90 days for security before being discarded.
